I never thought I would get scammed on Swap Meet- I posted I need one ticket on Tuesday. I got a text from a guy said his name was Zach. I sent the money via Venmo. He won't answer text messages or phone calls and has never transferred the ticket. The ticket was Section 6 Row 7 which Smokey_12 had posted in Swap meet.
Here is his phone number, 464-228-8275. The Venmo is his wife Vonita Perkins her Venmo is @sexymissvee82. Beware!!

Growing up I was enamored with sports. I loved football, basketball, baseball, golf, and track and field. I was very competitive, almost to a fault. I hated to lose or see my favorite teams lose.

When in business, same thing…I needed to be the number one sales rep, number one product in our category, and the thought of losing to my competition created many sleepless nights and anxiety. On the one hand, that fear of losing gave me great motivation, but the price paid was the constant angst in my gut.

It took my last 3 years of working under new owners to learn that all that angst was unwarranted. There is so much more to life than being “number 1”. All the awards and accolades have been discarded or are gathering dust. What really matters are the people in my sphere of influence who love and care for me plus the ability and opportunity for me to help them in any way I can.

Peace of mind is a much better place.

Since 1960 UT is 32-20 against the Aggies. 17-9 in Austin and 15-11 at College Station.

But did you know:

In the entire series Aggies have won 27% of their 37 games from 1984 to 1994. (UT won in 1990) -- the darkest days of modern UT football.

In the entire series: UT has scored 40 points or more 15 times. Aggies - one time (1985).

Even more telling of the games that UT has lost, UT scored 30 points or more ONE time (2007) AND UT has lost only FOUR times scoring 21 points or more! (21, 21, 24, 30).

These information and number/ stat dumps do not make for a good show. Just trying to help. Your knowledge is great but sitting there watching someone going over numbers is bad for viewership. In a business meeting, you will lose the audience immediately.

What is the path forward for Dallas? This QB can’t currently walk and he will take >20% of the salary cap over the next two seasons till he drops to ~19% at only $62mm in 2027 and 72mm in 2028. When healthy he’ll be a 32 year old coming off a major leg injury.

It’s a total disaster.

I watch as many replays of college football games as I can.
Although the voting is incomplete, I feel safe at this point in pointing out that Kansas State has the ugliest female AND the ugliest male fans.

A lot of the males seem to look like the “Gingers have no souls” YouTube kid:



The females have a bit more variety, but a great percentage of them still look like they should be walking behind a plow.

Christmas and Black Friday are just around the corner, along with other gift giving occasions like my birthday and anniverary to the wife from Nam.

Thought it might be cool to share some good suggestions of popular and maybe some more unique gift ideas, bonus if you can provide a link.

Tenmokus - This one was a hit for my daughter(also from Nam). Pretty cool selection of tea/coffee cups and beer mugs. Price isn't bad and it came with a cool box.

If we make the playoffs as SEC Champion we will be seeded 1 or 2. Big Ten Champion will have the other.
Seeds 3 and 4 go to ACC and Big 12 Champions.
Teams ranked 3-6 by the CFP will host the home games.
It's not likely that we make the playoffs after a loss and still be ranked 3-6.
