He didn't have all the information, so he didn't want to comment. Giving his uninformed opinion would have been dumb. The right thing to do was waiting to say anything. Kragthorpe looked like an idiot after the tape came out. You don't always have to tell everything you know, especially if you don't really know what happened. But yea, he didn't tell the truth. Coaches do it all the time, at least the good ones do.
