No, not the Second Amendment. We need to modify the Eighth Amendment to do away with the restriction on cruel and unusual punishments. When I see pictures of those 5 sweet, innocent kids who were murdered this week at the hands of some of the soulless monsters who roam our streets it makes me believe we need to rethink this limitation on punishments. Not only should their punishment be cruel and unusual, it should be made available for the whole country to see. If we truly valued these little black lives we would not deal with those who would so unnecessarily end them as cavalierly as we seem to do.
