Ash to NFL?

Did anyone else happen to be listening to the Triple Option today on 104.9 the Horn about 2 hours ago? I could’ve sworn that I heard Rod Babers say that if Urban heads to the NFL, Ash will for sure join him - has anyone seen this reported by other outlets or did I misunderstand Babers? Thanks in advance for any clarification!

Meyer has said publicly that Ash is the best DC he has worked with in his career so although I’m sure Babers was speculating, I’ve been thinking the same thing.

It has been mentioned on the site a few times about it being a possibility. That is why it makes sense for Sark to be vetting multiple candidates. Ash is on contract right now, but Sark has to prepare.

To be fair to Rod when he was saying that he never implied that it was anything more than speculation, just that it was something that seemed like a possibility.
