I could probably count on one finger the number of people that thought we were back before the season. Most predicted about a 7 win season. I personally predicted 2 losses with one of them being Notre Dame. None of us predicted our strength on defense would be our dline and our weakness being Dbs.

Still we have time to right the ship, but most of us doubt it will get done. Thus we have threads about our next HC. We are in year 3 of our rebuilding process, you are in year 6 and look no closer to being championship level than we do.

I do, however, you are correct in your assertion that if we ever want to be mentioned in the same breath as the blue bloods, we have to start wiinning these types of games.

NO, you have to start winning championships and then acting like you belong with the blue bloods. Eventually if you win enough championships you will deserve to be there.

On the radio here in okc this morning they were talking about a article that has Missouri stating it left the big 12 because of the arrogance of boren. They specifically talked about a teleconference call where the Missouri president was talking and boren interrupted him and pretty much told everybody on the conference call they had very little input in the league. I will try to see if I can find the article but the guys were laughing about it this morning saying that they thought it was UT's fault all these years and Missouri says "not so".
