It's going around pretty bad right now. I think the more people catching it and building immunity the better. Your immune system is only going to be that much stronger the next time you catch it.

Go in the bathroom and turn the shower on as hot as it will go. Put a towel under the bath room door and voila! Poor mans steam room. I have actually done that quite a bit. I use my hall bathroom because it's smaller and it gets really steamy in there.
