Big XII bowl prospects not looking good

Wisconsin vs Okie Lt: Okie Lt getting schooled. It is only 17-7, but it looks worse. Luke Fikkell is already on the sidelines coaching.

Wednesday 28th:
KU vs Arkie(-2.5) Liberty Bowl: Arkie easy

Oregon(-13) vs UNC Holiday Bowl: Oregon wins, but doesn't cover

Texas Tech vs OleMiss(-3.5) Texas Bowl: Ole Miss wins it.

Thursday 29th:
ou vs FSU(-9.5) Cheez-it Bowl: I think FSU wins, but doesn't cover

Firday 30th:
Pitt vs UCLA(-5.5) Sun Bowl: I think UCLA wins and covers

ND(-2) vs S Carolina Gator Bowl: I'll take S Carolina with an upset

Tenn vs Clemson (-4.5) Orange Bowl: Should be a great game. I think Tenn pulls out the win. What is tough with this one, is Clemson will be better with their freshman QB than with the overrated "Ungalaylay"

Saturday 31st:
Bama(-6.5) vs KState Sugar Bowl: I'll take Bama to win easy.

TCU vs Mich (-7.5) Fiesta Bowl: Michigan all the way. TCU may keep up the 1st half, but that is it.

OSU vs Georgia (-6.5) Peach Bowl: Georgia wins it

Monday Jan 2nd:
Tulane vs USC(-2): USC rolls

Penn St vs Utah(-2.5): I'll take Utah in a close game.

OSU looks pitiful without Sanders. Don't understand why he bailed. But the thread is right re: Big 12 chances in the bowls. Horns might be the best prospect. Ugh.
I should have stuck to my original prediction about WI winning.

I said AR would win easily but then a lot of their players are injured and some opted out.

KS has Daniels ready to go and they appear to have all hands on deck.

Maybe but AR should still win.

I've felt all along TT would beat MS. The rebels lost to any team they played with a pulse.

And even in the SEC I don't think their schedule matches up with TT's.

I'm nervous about WA. I'll talk about that later.

Tech seldom wins against P5 out of conference. Also, I didn't even take into consideraton about opt outs... Oh well, that is too much work to look at all of those factors team by team. I'll just stick to what I have.

Well for the first time they beat TX and OK in the same year since the Big XII was formed in '96.

Besides I said in the summer they would overachieve and win 8 games this year.

1 more win and they'll reach 8 I've got to get something right lol

PS/UT is the best matchup among the P6 bowl games.

OSU/WI was painful to watch. Both teams were terrible. Not surprisingly WI won.

Tonight the first game is KS/AR. The razorbacks roll.

Then it's TT/MS. I'll stay with raiders.

I may have to rethink my selections.

I saw some link, I think it was a Vegas kind of link.

They are picking the Big XII to go 6/2 in bowl season. Only TT and OK are picked to lose. I still think TT will win.

They're picking TCU and KSU to win. Wow.
Looking like a cat shit sandwich. Good riddance to this third rate bunch

I wonder if Jalen Daniels would think about transferring. I don’t ljke the idea of it, but I could understand if he thought it would help his NFL stock.

I am surprised Leipold took the ball out of Daniel’s hands. Weird

Bless their hearts they gave it everything they had.

And unlike Baylor and OSU they were at least trying to win.

Crazy Joey scores to make the score 26-7 and goes for 2 pt conversion instead of kicking the PAT to make it 27-7. Tom Herman 2.0.

TT is playing sloppy. I mean no turnovers, few penalties.

Their offense is basically short passes they're not throwing the ball down field.

But their defense is playing well.

The play calling from both teams is just plain weird. They're hasn't been a punt yet.

But they're ahead 26/7

I could not have been more wrong. Tech has been impressive all night.
With Joey Maguire I think TT has finally gotten it right.

He came in saying well win right away.

And they finally beat TX and OK in the same season.

And they did win 8 games.

And they have a top 25 recruiting class.

So I got 2 preseason predictions right Utah winning the Pac XII being the other.

On to the sooners and the horns.

That is pretty good. I don't know of anybody else that predicted Tech would accomplish what they did. I do remember your Tech prediction, because I dismissed it.
