Been hunting all my life. First at my grandfather’s knee and now with my oldest boy. It’s always been with the 270 Papa gave me as a youngster.
This year I decided to breakout and start to bow hunt. What an absolutely exhilarating experience. Harvested my first whitetail (decent mature 9 point) this morning with the bow at the ranch. At 23 yards, I could literally hear him chewing corn. Holy smokes, Hooked.
To top it off, made it back for Texas - blowu. Let’s go good guys!!!!
