one thing I feel like people are totally missing in all of this is the lack of personal accountability on Charlie's account.
He does not have the respect for the program that one would assume. I think I could process this year a lot better if I knew he felt worse about it but I honestly believe he doesn't think any of this is his fault. I never thought that would be the case with him.
This is one of the main reasons I wanted someone with Texas ties. This job needs to mean something and be important to them. I don't get that vibe from him and have heard from people in the program that he doesn't "love" Austin. That frightens me. I'm not convinced we just got Charlie's best. Even scarier what if that was his best.....
