Cliff notes:
1. This lady claims she knew that Kav and his friend Mark spiked drinks at parties
2. She says she knew gang rapes happened at these parties and Kav facilitated them
3. Instead of alerting law enforcement, instead she chose to keep attending these parties with the people she says she knew to be drugging women and gang raping them (not victim shaming just seems like an odd choice if something terrible is known to be happening)
