I can confirm incoming freshman Texas receiver Damion Miller has not reported yet.
From what I was told, Miller's absence is academically related. However, I was not told if Miller's obstacles were grades or a test score.
One source told Jason Suchomel, "Texas has been aware of his situation during the recruiting process and when they signed him." In addition, Miller was always a grade risk, but was optimistic he would be able to join the team when asked about his status nearly a month ago.
Another person told me they are hopeful Miller can hit campus for the second summer session, but they are not sure.
