Curious if Tom was ever asked or gave an answer about the second quarter personnel management?
I loved the win but big picture the first half seemed like the kind of playcalling pattern that has repeatedly gotten us beaten by the Iowa States and TCUs. Come out strong, run out of scripted plays, a few bombs on 3rd down and a series of 3 and outs and next thing you know two quarters have burned off the clock and it’s a one score game in the 4th.
Not trying to be critical, honestly just curious if he was asked or he addressed the decision making? I’d love to hear the strategy behind it.
