Do the stories coming about his personal life/criminal history and the toxicology report lessen his use as a symbol?
He stuck a gun in a pregnant woman's stomach, pistol whipped her, and went to prison for 5 years for agg robbery. He had multiple other felony drug convictions and theft convictions.
His toxicology came back at 4 times what is considered potentially lethal for fentanyl and he also had methamphetamine in his system.
He certainly didn't deserve to die. But, he also doesn't warrant sanctification.
