4:15 P.M. UPDATE
From UT:
Sophomore RB Keaontay Ingram sustained a bone bruise (knee) and sophomore safety Caden Sterns has a low-grade high ankle sprain. Both injuries were sustained during Sunday’s scrimmage. Ingram and Sterns are expected to miss some practice, but should return to action before the Longhorns’ season opener against Louisiana Tech (Aug. 31).
******
I checked in with my sources on Monday and was told running back Keaontay Ingram (knee) and Caden Sterns (ankle) only have minor injuries.
From what I was told, each other could be back in two weeks if all goes well.
Regardless, Ingram and Sterns should be back at some point in training camp, and ready for the season opener.
