Just got back from a Vietnamese restaurant in San Antonio that is owned by some friends of mine. Pho Ba9-- off of Walzem just east of I35.
(If you go in there, tell them you know Clob and they'll hook you up)
Downed some fried spring rolls, stir fried noodles with beef and a half cup of Vietnamese coffee. For those of you that have never had Vietnamese coffee-- even if you aren't hungover..... be near a bathroom...... or be able to hold it for at least the time it takes you to drive home.
Ya... I just courtesy flushed......in my own house....... upstairs....

I love French espresso, and I love Turkish coffee, can't say as I've ever had Viet java. Given the long French colonial history in the former French Indo-China, I wonder how it compares. No hangover here, had a single Wild Turkey Rye and a Dos Equis to go with my chili-dogs. Just sweated it out doing yardwork this morning....

Saw that. Alabama down to 10. Normally, I’d say that being ranked that high is our kiss of death. But after watching Holly interview Sark and QE at the end of the game I am somewhat hopeful. Holly tried baiting QE (imo) giving him the opportunity to say ‘we’re back’ and he declined by saying we got a lot work to do and games left. That right there gentleman….at least tells me we’re in the right head space for the rest of the season. Still waiting to see after the Baylor game to sip the kool aid tho.

Oh and when they started screaming for a new QB. That was also a good moment.

I hope we all become spoiled at Texas. That should be our goal.

I’ll start with a B12 championship and a playoff game. Then one or two NCs along the way would be nice: When we start looking like that for a few years then, yes, we’re spoiled. Goal achieved. We’ve got a team that can start that process this year. We’re now 2-0. Everyone said 1-1 then we’ll see. That’s it. I hope they don’t f^ck it up.

I meant to say "being spoiled is what GOT us Texas fans in this mess". Our kids got spoiled and entitled.
