Holton Hill Suspended

What a ridiculous world we live in. The most innocuous drug yet discovered, and we go through this charade. Did any of your teammates that smoked suffer any football deficiencies?
While I don’t disagree unfourtanitly it is still illegal in most places and federally. That’s slowly changing but for now that’s the way it is. 3(possibly 4) games seems a bit stiff though given where pot is In our society right now.

So is it okay for Colorado football players to smoke weed?
My guess would be it’s still probably against team rules there as well but who knows. I think each school pretty much makes their own policy on that sort of thing.

Think about the number of players in college football. I imagine a good percentage of players use cannabis. Notre Dame and Baylor get out of testing players some way or another. I doubt the Baylor players ever used any drugs though.

HAHA! I have land I would like to sell you.

Well, I can sit here and name names of all the teammates that I saw smoking grass is college---- but I'm not that guy.

What I CAN tell you is this:

When guys would find out they had a test coming up, they'd run to the drug store and buy GoldenSeal. It's a pill that I'm sure many of you have heard of. It goes by orangeroot and it' an herb from the buttercup family.
They would then buy a few big bottles of pickles or bottles of vinegar. They would load up on goldenseal and pickle juice or vinegar spiked with Gatorade powder and down the bottle of pills and vinegar.
The next day they'd piss clean. Every time.

Is it only a piss test or is it hair as well?

Not even Rohypnol?

I took tests at every level- school, conference and NCAA and not one was ever a hair sample....all urine.

Now as far as I know, it's still the same.

If you dig back through my posts, quite some time ago I posted a very detailed description of how ALL 3 tests are conducted.

If it’s against NCAA rules, then Colorado players must comply or risk forfeiting games.
At this point I don’t think the NCAA scares anyone. As mentioned above Josh Gordon has said he was drunk and/or high pretty much every game at Baylor.
