Texas is known for missing on QB’s that turn out to be above average. At least in the later years of Mack and all of Strongs tenure. We got to see how Rising and Thompson turn out before lumping Herman in that group. Although it’s extremely likely that both of them will be underdeveloped and other QBs that wanted to go to Texas will thrive at A&M, Tech, Oklahoma and Baylor
