I just think you have to give a guy a chance to implement his program and that you guys understate the pile of garbage Strong was given to work with initially. I also think that most players need time to mature physically. The guys we are playing weren't given that opportunity.

You guys don't just want wins, you want style points. The best coach in the Big 12 and one of the top 5 coaches in the country, beat this Kansas team by 1 point earlier this year.

I guess that settles it. It has went from needing talent to now the talent needs to mature. There are high school teams that are smarter than this team.

None of us expected a national championship this year. We don't see the coaching NEEDED to get Texas there. I mean coaching where the teams are even in talent and the coach makes the difference.

Explain to me the great coaching me and clob and others have missed? I will listen....not that stubborn.

I don't think Mack was fired for not winning. I think egos and in some cases greed was more a reason for that than anything. Once the boosters tried to get Saban while Mack was still the coach there was no going back.

Plus Mack wasn't really recruiting well. Especially at QB.

Mack got fired. Once you fire your coach, you have to hire a coach.
