On March 14th, 1995, episode 20 of Season 4 of Home Improvement aired. The episode was titled "Talk to Me". A couple comedians appeared on the episode. They were Dave Chappelle and Jim Breur. It cannot be a coincidence that they appeared on 420, can it? This was before either were famous and 3 years before Half Baked was released.
