Yes, it would be sweet to send aggy packing. However, as someone who has played on many tournaments, you damn sure don't want to lose your first game and get in the losers bracket early. You go 2-0 at the CWS and you're set up. Let those other teams play in the heat and burn their pitching arms up. You stay rested in the winner's bracket.

Just like last year, we lost the first game. You don't ever want to lose your first game in a tournament. The kiss of death to crawl out of the loser's bracket. With this pitching staff, this was the last thing that we needed.
