For the alcohol drinkers on OB, what are your thoughts on the latest studies showing higher cancer rates for those who drink alcohol?
Apparently it doesn't matter how much you drink, the link to cancer is higher in all amount of drinks/week.
I always thought moderate drinking had medical benefits, especially red wine drinkers showed heart benefits.
Curious if any will change their habits or stop drinking altogether?
Reading this summary below, the risk doesn't seem THAT much for men as it is for women, i.e. about 3 more men out of 100 vs. 5 more women out of 100.
