OT - Anyone ever have a new car bought back

Bought a 23 Lincoln Aviator Hybrid in August and have had a drivetrain problem that makes the vehicle vibrate between 30-70 MPH. Lincoln is working through the buy back calculation but was wondering if anyone on here ever dealt with that to explain if I'm going to be made whole or still lose out on the transaction.
