For those with experience or knowledge in purchase, what are the income qualifications for a first time buyer? I’ve been at my current job 1.5 years, pretty much all commission based. Do all lenders require a 2 year history to use commission or do they vary by lender? I am currently renting an apartment, my lease ends in June and I’m strongly leasing towards a townhome instead of wasting money on another apartment.
