I'm asking about pro sports losses here, not an event that happened in a Longhorns postseason game. Feel free to start a threat on that topic if you want, but I'll pass on that. It's an easy answer for me. I'm going with Game 6 of the 2011 World Series when the Rangers blew it twice.

Edited to include the 1993 Oilers loss to the Bills
