I'll do it for $5M. That's a steal. Just the other day in my Madden Franchise I got the Saints to a tenth straight Super Bowl.

He's a great college coach in that he's been able to amass talent like crazy.
That is the one part that does not translate to the NFL.
He is not worth that price tag
Setting up nicely for Urb Dog to flame out in the NFL in a few years, only to have someone like USC come swoop him back up so he can rebuild his image again ala Saban.
So he wants to be paid as much as Belichick's NFL highest salary of $12 mil and a mil more than Carroll. From a struggling, small market team the other NFL teams are at wits end for having to carry in profit sharing. A team that was trying to schedule two London games in place of home games because of the increased amount of money they bring in. Good luck with that.

Jacksonville? Why? This is a franchise that in 26 years has only had 8 winning seasons and has a winning percentage of 42.5% and in the last 13 years has only 1 winning season.
I"m glad we didn't end up paying that for a football coach.
Seems like the organization isn't very well run. His life, not mine. For $12m, I could suck it up in Jacksonville I guess.
