Russia is basically backing Assad and assisting with bombing entire towns even if it results in innocent casualties. Russia feels eliminate the threat by any means.

Would ISIS stand to exist if we just wiped out cities, villages or towns the Russia way and if that were to happen what would be your general feelings towards that approach?
I am not a Trump supporter BTW (Independent) but ISIS has declared war on Russia and Russia is okay with civilian casualties if it means killing the enemy.
