2- The secondary is light years ahead of where it was last year.
3-If Cameron Williams cuts down on the mental errors, he will be a 1st or 2nd round pick.
4-Jerrick Gibson is a stud,his yards after contact is what makes him special.
5-Hayden Conner is having his best year,he played hurt most of last year.
6-Quinn gets the ball out quicker but Arch pushes it downfield farther,both are good things.
7-Wingo personifies Sarks idea of maximizing your opportunities. He is not a big play waiting to happen,he is a big play right now.
8-Vasek produces every time he is on the field ,two tackles and a sack in twelve snaps.
9-Johntay Cook looks very smooth and explosive in and out of his cuts.
10-Cole Hutson may be a backup but he is one of the top linemen on the team.
11-The tranfers at DT have had a huge impact,Norton,Lole and Savea have all looked the part when their number was called.
12-If Sydir Mitchell would lose 35lbs he could be another Tvondre Sweat,but right now he is just a big body,he hold up well at the point of attack but is too slow in ball pursuit.
13-DeAndre Moore got some targets,but its what he does when he isnt the one being targeted that makes him special,best WR blocker on the team.
14-Silas Bolden,Easy Dawg,your time will come,he really wants to make a play though,and that is a good thing.
Recruiting--One of the guys I know who interacts with some of the staff says that UT will take a third RB this class,Mabye highschool if its the right one but more likely the portal, They want someone who can be an instant contributor because they believe Baxter's and Clarks rehab will stretch into next season.
DT-Bell(Ark commit) Mathis(LSU) and Williams (LSU) have all expressed an interest in visiting, Others lining up visits are Hilson DE from Florida, Faraimo LB from California,Boateng LB from IMG. The staff is still working on Pettijohn but he didnt seem to optomistic on him.Dorian Brew the CB from the Houston area is a mabye. He also said they had reached out to Soloman Thomas an OT committed to FSU and he was a mabye at this point for the Georgia game.
Dallas Wilson the WR Oregon commit is also a mabye. They seem to think Na em Offord the CB commit at Ohio St was about to re open his recruitment and they are working on getting him in,but Miami is the favorite if he de commits from Ohio St.
