2 p.m. update - Just got a text from Parker, who tells me he will in fact take a Texas visit next week. It'll actually be a midweek visit.
It'll be interesting to see where this one goes. Parker just committed to Arkansas last week but is obviously keeping one eye open.
He told me he doesn't have any visits set up for this weekend or next weekend, but "will be visiting somewhere."

The Longhorns have extended an offer to LB Andrew Parker, who is committed to Arkansas. I'll check with Parker to gauge his interest.
