It is their opinion that Arkansas doesn't make sense for him defensively, and Venables' staff at OU is completely new to him

I’m a little uneasy about Billingsley. Saban seemed to have some issues with him this season. However, Sark obviously knows him well, so I’ll trust him on this one.

Our spies on Twitter and Reddit are reporting that Harold Perkins and Isiah Neyor are coming in for a visit this weekend. Apparently Perkins has not signed his LOI with Aggie and isn’t making a final decision until February 2. The word is we’re still being considered along with Florida. The chances are probably still slim but it’s encouraging that he’s paying us another visit.

Same thing with Neyor. He’s the transfer WR from Wyoming who previously committed to Tennessee but hasn’t yet enrolled.

It’s also rumored that Quinn Ewers’ first day of team workouts on Monday resulted in him throwing up. Not sure if that’s good or bad.

Justin Wells at Inside Texas is reporting that Georgia safety Latavius Brini is visiting UT, Arkansas and Miss St. over the next few days. He plans to make a decision quickly.
He started 11 games for the national champs. and is considered to be a premier prospect at a major position of need for us. This would be a major get. No crystal balls posted for him but the online vibe seems to show Arkansas as the best fit. We’ll see.
