Texas vs Ohio St Friday the 10th at 6:30pm

Ohio st still holding at a 5.5 point favorite in Vegas.
The over/under is 53.5

So Vegas expects 30-24 Ohio st with that hook breaking alot of hearts.
So 3 tds and 3 fgs for Ohio st-- that's 6 trips across the fifty-
Ohio st scores 30 on us it'll be because our defense is gassed. Our D will be gassed because our offense can't stay on the field.

I said it last game- "first team to 24 wins". I think that's true here as well.

Iā€™ve watched the Buckeyes quite a bit this season, including the games in which their offense has struggled: Nebraska, Michigan, and Penn. The common denominator was that Will Howard did not have time to sit back in a clean pocket and pick apart the defense. Ohioā€™s offensive line is its weak link, and if the Longhorns are going to win, it starts in the trenches. As good as our secondary is, we canā€™t give Howard three whole seconds of a clean pocket to pick his spots because, eventually, Jeremiah Smith will burn us.

Colin Simmons, Trey Moore, Barryn Sorrell, Alfred, Collins, Vernon Broughton, and Anthony Hill Jr. must have monster games for us to have a chance. But if they do, the Buckeyesā€™ offense has proven that it can fall apart.

To get this done, Texas will have to posses the ball on offense. We need to run the ball or hit short passing routes for yardage. If our D line is to get pressure, they need to stay as fresh as possible. Quick scores are good but not the friend of our defense. We have to give them some rest. I'll be there doing my part, as well as taunting a few fOSU fans.

Fwiw Banks and Williams are playing. That's good because Tuomilau and Sawyer are a nasty pair of de's. Tuomilau seems to draw a double but from what I've read this week we're not going to do that.

The guys on fantastic perspective were saying that is we play focused ie... no penalties we can win this game. Well I feel better now.

Hell, I'll go first.

The battle between good and evil is currently under way in Dallas. The Light prevails and Smart Sark banishes Dark Sark to the Pit of Fire for this game.

31 - 28 Good Guys. We win the race to 24 then add a pick 6 by Mukumba and Fat Girl U scores a late TD to get close.

He definitely added some $$ to his paychecks this year.

We need to go back to see when I said he was our best overall receiver and by a lot. Bond is faster, but that is it. Golden blocks better, runs better routes, has better hands and is a damn good football player.

We should've been targeting him 10-12x a game from the start.

I was hopeful he would return, but if he turns in 2 more performances like the last two he gone and early 2nd gone.

Texas comes out hot for half the 1Q, gets up 13-3 with some big plays and then some terrific defense. Sark goes mental and calls some bullshit and QE throws a dumbass pick. OSU scores a couple and sideshow bob hits a 29 yard FG and misses a 33 yarder. It is 17-16 tOSU at the half. PK is bamboozled by the ability of the couch burners to run AND pass and Treyveon Henderson gets loose for some big plays, Will Howard scrambles like crazy and Scoots McGee (#1 for Ohio State) has a big play on a well times screen. Couch Burner State scores a couple more and gets a FG for a comfortable lead while Sarks dumass just keeps pulling yarn. We miss another field goal. We luck into a big defensive play because those guys have some serious talent and we find lightning in a bottle with 9 points of our own...went for 2 and threw it into outer space. However, mid 4Q Ohio State has incresed their halftime lead from 17-16 to 31-25. Oh yeah, Sark takes points off the board because we get a 4th and 3 after a penalty of offside on a made FG. Well, he shits his pants next to QE and we get stuffed on a triple play action quadruple throw back pass double screen, lol. So, could've been 31-28. Welp, defense gets a big time stop and QE starts to charge Texas down the field for a game winning TD. Cam Williams false starts 7x and Majors gets his ass whipped 2x and we have a 4th and 26 from the Ohio State 36. Wingo catches a floater for 25 yards and Ohio State takes over. They take two knees and move on. Ohio State wins 31-25.
