Of course those field existed before Christianity. That is not what I said, my post quite clearly stated that organized Christianity was responsible for "much of the advancements" in art, science and education in the last 700 years. Renaissance art? Largely funded and advanced by Christians and produced masterpieces that are still a marvel to behold. Show me a modern artist who is even fit to hold the brushes of a Raphael, Michelangelo, Durer, or DaVinci....you get the idea. Education? The idea of the university itself came from the Catholic Church. You decry the killing in the name of religion as do I....but do you credit the education that Christendom has provided countless millions since the advent of the university and public education? Science, Copernicus, Galileo, Kepler, all devout Christians who changed the way we view the universe and how about that universe. The best current theory explaining the origins of the universe, "The Big Bang" was a derisive moniker hung on the idea by skeptics. Fast forward almost 100 years and that theory is now widely accepted as perhaps the most plausible explanation for the origins of the universe....and the author of the Big Bang Theory? Georges LeMaitre....a Belgian Catholic priest.
