I just wrapped up with Texas football coach Tom Herman. Here is the injury report:

-- WR Collin Johnson (knee) - Herman said he looked good during Thursday's practice. He did not say Johnson would definitely play. I would list him as questionable.

-- S Brandon Jones (ankle) - was limited in practice this week. He received limited reps and has spent a lot of time in the training room. I would list him as questionable, too.

-- CB Davante Davis (knee/ankle) - probable

-- DE Breckyn Hager (elbow) - probable

-- S Caden Sterns (head) - probable

-- RB Keaontay Ingram (hip) - probable

-- DB Josh Thompson (ankle) - will not play

-- Sophomore linebacker Marquez Bimage had shoulder surgery on Thursday. Herman said it went well.

-- In addition, I asked Herman if safety DeMarvion Overshown is at 100 percent and he said, "No. I would say. no You can still see him favoring that knee a little bit. This is a small town kid. First time ever being injured. He's kind of learning how to play with it a little bit. I think he's getting better each week."

That was for you @SmilinJack
