God damnit-- you got me wired up for a great story only to have it hidden behind a fvcking pay wall at the Washington post.
Anyway they said that part of what causes road rage are things like stress, trauma, polarization. But I agreed when they spoke of job insecurity, constant tv, need constant news. I have to admit I've been guilty of all these and sometimes I
feel overwhelmed. Sometimes when a car in front of me slows down and allows someone onto I 80 I think we'll check out mr good citizen 🙁 Maybe I need therapy 😂.

Tell us what the fvck the article was about...
It centered on a man in San Antonio named Dean DeSoto who runs a traffic safety non profit that works with the SA pd .

He says a lot of road rage is caused by what goes on in the country. Rage can lead to violence even deaths with every manageable kind of lethal weapon. People carrying guns without a permit which is legal in Texas. Sadly road rage is way to common in Texas. There's recent stories about cases of road rage in Austin. There's articles about this.

A rage usually lasts from 30/45 seconds. Heat, an unhappy life a lady who liked to drive 103 in a 70 mph limit because she loved to drive fast.

This is glossing over the article. Speaking for me there have been times that talk radio and non-stop news have affected me.

I assume nobody on here has ever resorted to violence. But how many times have you had road rage?

My wife experienced it from another driver. Guy proceeded to chase her for the next 10 miles and tried to drive her off the road several times. It was all over a stupid lane change when she didn’t see him. She admits it was her fault and even tried to do the I’m sorry wave from her window. She was on the phone with 911 the whole time. Freaked her out pretty bad. Unfortunately he drove off before the cops got to her. At 59 I’ve just gotten to the point it isn’t worth it no matter how pissed I might be.

I grew up in a well to do suburb in north San Antonio. In our neighborhood if somebody flipped you off you'd say I'm going to make a citizens arrest 😂

But on the Southside if somebody flipped you off they take it a manhood challenge. One time my father and I were on south 35 and this Mexican dude wouldn't let him pass him. So Dad flipped him off. Well that dude got enraged flipped us off and pointed at us to pull over and we'll settle this man to man. We just laughed and waved bye to him. And it was a hot summer night maybe he had an unhappy life.

I enjoy driving and always drive slow whether interstate or where ever. Has anybody seen the Russel Crowe movie "Unhinged". Pretty creepy and is all about road rage.

Have you seen “Unhinged” with Russell Crowe on Netflix? It goes well beyond road rage. Uber road rage!

Had an 18 wheeler chase me over 25-30 miles on I-10 just east of El Paso about 20 years ago. Every time I sped up, going over 90 to try and shake him, he sped up. Finally shook him or he just gave up. Have no idea why. Don’t think I cut him off…I’m old school and still use my blinker when I change lanes.

Long Version:

Trump has broken these people.

See--- they were always truly like this- when the cameras weren't on. But now, Trump has given them the ability to show the public who they are--- they use him as an excuse to show their true colors.
He's exposed them. And they hate him for it.

Why do they call DC “The Swamp”? A Swamp is an amazing ecosystem. DC is a SEWER… a place full of 🐀🐀🐀 and 💩💩💩.

HOLY SHEEEET! Good thing the game is in Austin next week…apparently they don’t take kindly to dissing their Gators in Jacksonville.

I’d love to see their Taser policy, because I can’t imagine it could be authorized on a dude just sitting there.
