Weather Sliding Later?

Per AccuWeather, they/NOAA have moved the “end” of the Winter Storm Watch from noon Friday, to 6pm Friday. It’s also projected to be below freezing at 10pm. Seems to me most weather events tend to be predicted to start and end earlier than they actually do, but that’s anecdotal, not based on any real data.

You weather bugs got better data/sources?
