Texas football coach Tom Herman addressed the media after practice on Wednesday, and here is your latest injury update.
--- RB Jordan Whittington (sports hernia) and S Caden Sterns participated in the individual portion of practice. They are trending in the right direction, and Herman said he expects Whittington to play against Kansas State. The amount of Whittington's playing time will be determined next week.
--- DB DeMarvion Overshown (shoulder) and LB Jeffrey McCulloch (shoulder) did not practice. Herman is optimistic both players will return to practice on Tuesday.
--- DB BJ Foster (shoulder) wore a green jersey during practice. Herman expects Foster to be cleared for contact next week.
