Friday 5:30 p.m. update - Texas has offered four-star 2018 DE Xavier Thomas, out of Florence (S.C.) Wilson.
Thomas is a new name to my radar. I'll have to check around to get some background on him, but he does have an impressive offer list.

Tuesday 2:45 p.m. update - Yoakum DB Jordan Moore confirmed that he and his twin brother, WR Joshua Moore, will visit Texas on Thursday.
The brothers were originally planning to visit Texas last week for the UTL camp but instead visited A&M on Saturday and camped at A&M on Sunday, with the intent of taking an unofficial visit to Texas this week. That trip will happen on Thursday.
Long way to go in this one but I still like where Texas stands with both players right now.

A family member of 5-Star DT Marvin Wilson's told me that Wilson will not be visiting Texas today. Wilson contacted Charlie Strong and told him he's exhausted from being in Las Vegas for a week for AAU hoops so he won't be able to make it today.
The good news ... Wilson also told coach Strong he and his family will be visiting during the season.
