When Is The X Shutdown?

I was told a couple of years ago that X would be closing because Musk fired everyone and told the Disney CEO to go F himself. I’m a bit confused now because it is better than ever, with a built in AI function, and its ebitda has doubled. Anyone know when the shutdown is happening?
