Because he's really the only one telling libs what they want to hear right now. He can consistently be counted on to come on TV and explain how serious all this is and why it's all terribly bad news for the president.
On the other hand, there's nothing coming out of Mueller's office. Dead silence. Both congressional committees have issued their reports and they were both big flops. I get the feeling that democrats have nearly lost hope in collusion. And the obstruction charge was, at best, dubious from the start. They've got very little to hang their hope on.
But in comes Avenatti promising to destroy Donald Trump. Night after night. And he's just so damn confident!
Tonight he was on MSNBC revealing the results of his latest investigation. It turns out that Michael Cohen's criminal defense attorney once worked as a lobbyist for Qatar. Yep. It's true. Now can anybody tell me what in the heck that has to do with anything? Other than getting Avenatti an appearance on MSNBC one more night?
