This Randall guy sounds like a real nice guy. He is the name that must not be spoken.
I just pulled up all of the tweets in Zach's recent meltdown and it seems like a whole lot of nothing new.
Tom's wife already knew of his cheating and the part about recruiting girls is supposedly just part of a conversation. Unless there's pics of him playing hide the noodle with a young girl.....nothing Earth shattering to me.

Lmao! Dude is that real? If so, I think that's the funniest thing I've ever seen a head coach do. Sure doesn't seem like he's worried one bit.
My biggest concern is that this is going to interfere with Herman's marriage and in turn interfere with Herman as a coach.

And btw, we confirmed tonight, like I told you guys several months ago, Brett McMurphy's source on all this crap was Herman and his wife. It was confirmed to Zach smith today. His divorce was finally settled. I think that's what his wife courtney threw up in his face and what set Zach off. I did find it funny that Tom used to steal gatorade and mix them with vodka. I would totally be guilty of that if I were a coach.........
So were these guys just co-workers or were they running buddies? If they were actually close friends, anything is possible (even likely). You don't hang out with a turd like Zach Smith without getting shit all over you. Of course, Zach Smith has very little credibility.

This looks like a shakedown of the Texas BOR. I have a feeling Mr. Smith may not have money issue after this, assuming these allegations are true. If it's not true, I fully expect to see a defamation lawsuit filed by Herman's attorney asap. We're fixing to find out who is telling the truth, either way this doesn't look good for either side. This won't end well either way. Herman's reputation is shot now.... Didn't you know that everything posted on social media is true. Even if Smith is proved to be lying people will believe what they want anyway. The cheating and drug jokes will circulate for the rest of his career. Every recruit will hear about Herman's drug problem. The question is how does CDC navigate this?
To me it sounds like Michelle Herman and Courtney Smith are pretty close friends who talk about everything. Zach Smith beats on Courtney who tells Michelle. Michelle and Tom try to help Courtney by exposing Zach's abusive ways. The news story gets out and blows up because Urban got caught lying about his knowledge of what was going on. I don't think Tom intended on that happening as they were just trying to out Zach for beating his wife. Tom and Michelle help Courtney out financially during her divorce. That pisses Zach off because now he starts to wonder if Tom had anything to do with McMurphy tracking Courtney down. Courtney lets the cat out of the bag and now Zach is blaming all his problems on Tom and Michelle. Zach knows the goods on Tom and is now getting revenge.

Gonna have to be some evidence. This sounds like a lot of drama to me. Michele needs to cut this woman loose. I don't waste time on people with stupid "issues". Tom needs to get his scene under control. He and his wife need to get off social media and tie up loose ends. If this stuff is true, we are looking at another decade of crappy teams. In which case, I cut bait.

Herman’s social media is low profile and it’s part of his recruiting. This will blow over like most things unless Zach starts providing pictures or some kind of legit proof. He’s pissed and spouting off and pretty much killed any hope of a football coaching career. I mean he’s killed it worse than Briles.
I agree. If its not already too late, Herman's wife needs to permanently cut all ties with Smith's ex-wife. Zach Smith has some serious character issues and a major inferiority complex.
Like I said before in this thread, and apparently you're completely illiterate now, Herman's guilty of cheating on his wife which is a private matter between them. Which we all knew prior to this. Nothing new.
