This is the typical M.O. of a person who is an addict and lives on the edge. The dude is radioactive at this point. How is TH doing anything to him in Ohio? If he is upset about the lack of coaching opportunities, he needs to turn the finger around and point at himself.
If he thinks exposing "bad behavior" is a great leverage tool to get what he wants, he hasn't been paying attention to our society in a while. If Herman keeps winning, it's going to take multiple felony convictions to get him removed.

Look, people are angry now that "Texas is back". They will do anything to put the genie back in the bottle. It's going to take a lot more than accusations from a convicted wife beater to take down Herman. This is all drama, move on.
Like stated before, it doesn't matter. Rivals of Texas will call him a cheating coke head regardless of the truth. But what Herman did 8-9 years is of no consequence, or shouldn't be...unless it is illegal.

Well, not entirely true. @speedstrength can you confirm that there are rules about college employees not being allowed to diddle college students? Pretty sure we have a problem there IF there is substantiated proof. The snorting of coke with your wife off a strippers tits will be frowned on by parents but you know the kids will be like "daaaaaaaaaaaaammmnnnn! Herman's a pimp! He got his wife in on the action!".
And let's be honest, though I've never done coke, I have dated women who have snorted coke off a strippers tits, while I watched. And ya, it was pretty cool to watch. (I was 20-ish. Judge away.) But if your wife was cool with this, she's probably cool with other "edgy" and "risque" behavior by her hubby. Seriously, just because someone has what appears to be a stable relationship because they have a high profile job, doesn't mean they have a stable sexual or even a traditional sexual relationship. You can be a swinger and be good at your job. If tom's wife likes getting down by watching her man with other chicks, who the fvck are we, or the public, to say it isn't cool?

It's one thing to date a women who snorts coke off strippers and likes to swing, entirely a different thing to marry and have a family with her. One of those things sounds really fun, the other sounds like a nightmare.

Nope. After a quarter century in law enforcement, one thing I learned to be absolutely true....humans generally have a morbid curiosity. The stories I could tell......now as a Longhorn fan, I'm going to light a freakin' prayer candle and hope that there is no photographic evidence just because I think it would play hell with recruiting. If there IS photographic evidence, I want to review the evidence.....

So just for the record, since you’re into taking the moral high ground on all things, what are your thoughts on Herbstreit and others who cheat on their wives? Are they upstanding individuals in your opinion?

At that point in 2015, I confided in her about the physical abuse, among other things that were going on. Because it was the right thing to do, she then passed that information onto Shelley Meyer. They cut off all contact with Zach and once Zach learned of her role in exposing things to Shelley, he became enraged with her. The threats against them began then and because he wanted to isolate me from anyone who could help, any contact with her fueled his rage even more. Michelle never backed down to him and was a constant source of support while I tried to piece my life back together. So much so, that she loaned me money over a year ago to stay in nursing school when I was drowning in legal debt from the divorce.
It is beyond unfair for them to face attacks for simply trying to ensure my safety and the safety of the people that were still on staff at OSU. Neither Michelle or Tom ever spoke to Brett McMurphy about anything that had to do with Zach. That lie was just another one of Zach’s delusions and an attempt by him to damage their reputation. I am the only person that has ever spoken to Brett. For the most part, they have simply remained supportive of my attempts to rebuild my life.

Ok so courtney and Michelle have spoken and have their stories straight. But we have to recognize that this is the same woman whose mother said she was a bipolar or manic dep, or something, and that you couldn't believe a word she said. Her own freaking mom. I think both these clowns are cray cray.

All, regarding Tom Herman and what may or may not have happened, I ask that you please discontinue posting comments about this. If there is something of substance, it will come out eventually. I do not think that it is appropriate for folks here to speculate and make accusatory comments about Coach Herman without any confirmation of what may or may not have happened. Thank you.
This is probably where we stand. I can tell you this Zach doesn't have shit as proof because it would've already been out. Think about how manty times he's sat at home drunk/high off his ass thinking about how the Herman's have destroyed his life. I mean he could've blackmailed Tom with pictures or videos as well. I'm in no way saying Herman hasn't done shit but I'm saying is that Zach is just grasping at straws. His career in football is over and if I were his uncle I'd tell him to put down the pipe and Jack and kill the twitter account.
