He’s been an aggy for a while. His street agent Footwork King is just pimping him out nonstop before the gravy train ends. Those 2 are visiting both Bama and Georgia this weekend presumably to both collect visit fees as well as up their signing bonus from Jimbo and his bag hag Meemaw.
Why even worry about Texas?
Aren't they busy doing the stuff that Taxslayers Champions have to do? Puff their chests with pride? Slide the Taxslayers trophy in next to GalleryFurniture.com. Reap all the glory and rewards?

I just went over to the Faggies board for some comedy and they are wondering how we moved 6 spots overnight! They said we are setting ourselves up with all this elite talent just to be letdown next year
. Wow I can not take how stupid those Aggies are over on that page! They are so delusional that we past them up in the recruiting rankings and it’s eating them up. So now all the guys we have signed are all gonna be busts according to them!

I stand by my post given the information we had at that time, the track record of recruiting services to overhype situations. And the growing number of trolls trying to create mischief.
From one of the few posters on this forum who actually paid to go to the Sugar Bowl...OK Cool. Hook'em.
Every team in the Big 12 has great receivers or good ones that play in offenses that make them look great. I like the fact that Texas will have 7 5'star level Dbs to trot out there to counter all those great receivers. I'll take that any day of the week. Hopefully we can get our pass rush to equal our defensive backfield.
Once our young corners get a little game experience our secondary is going to be maybe one of the best secondaries in the history of Longhorn football. Jones coming back is a big plus. I like how Herman is bringing in big physical guys in the secondary.

I'd be fine if Texas dropped Shepherd. Kid seems insincere and a primadonna. I don't recall his name, but he reminds me of the highly recruited O-lineman several years back from Texas that went to KSU after yanking the chains of about half a dozen schools, only to flame out and do nothing at KSU.
Isn't this the same guy who got kicked off his HS team? Why are we even allowing him to be verbally committed to Texas?
Didn't we have a Shepard at one time trying to string us along and wound up going to LSU or Colorado, I think some team got his Momma a Bank job or something MM, I can remember the name maybe Darrell Shepard? but, its been a while too
Likely because the recruiting sites thrive on conflict and drama. A Huge late 'steal' by A&M is exactly what CBS(247sports) and ESPN will want to talk about.

I don't know if this is place to post this or not, but wasn't there a USC poster on here a few days ago? I've got a couple of questions for that poster if anyone can remember/find the username
Because he is the most talented OL in the state this year. Not the highest rated or best player, but the most talented. Look at the 4 schools he is jerking around: Alabama, Georgia, A&M, and Texas. These 4 teams have the highest rated classes in the country and all 4 are willing to put up with his BS for the same reason. If they thought he was actually the 40th best player in Texas and pulled this crap, he would go to Tech or Okie State. Coaches are better at talent evaluation than internet jock sniffers, and the coaches who are getting whoever they want, all want Shepherd enough to be jerked around. Seems obvious to me.
Of course aggy sees no issue with recruiting punk ass thugs. Quite frankly, I'm disappointed that Herman hasn't told this POS to kick rocks. We don't need a locker room cancer.
I just think Herman, Jimbo, Kirby, & Saban are good at their jobs. If I thought they were all stupid, I'd change my opinion. Shepherd seems to have high bust potential & has a handler, so if all 4 guys are fighting like hell with almost no spots left. It tells me they think his upside is thru the roof.
No surprise at all Jimbo and Saban would fight over him. They're sleezeballs, that's what they do. Hell they don't care if a player can't read. Was hoping Herman wouldn't go down that sleezy path.
Shepard and Lake Henry (Juco #1 LB) will be on OV this weekend. Texas will push Lakia to commit this weekend before NSD and try to hold onto Shepard.
New graduate transfer name to watch: OL Parker Braun from Georgia Tech. Was first team All-ACC this past year and played in 32 consecutive games for Tech. Texas is already in touch
I saw this tweet yesterday or the day before and I don't know why but I assumed it was basketball related. Didn't see the "OL" portion included
I'd like to say there wont be any drama between now and then, but you know, it's shepard.
