Sly Turner gave a PC here in Houston and says in the last two days the city of Houston has had something like 1700 positive cases. Then says testing on these cases was done between June 9th -17th. He and others went on to point towards people going to bars and restaurants for this rise. Can somebody remind me what was happening before and during the time of June 9th -17th? I can’t remember.
