THAT'S when elite coaches are elite. luckily for you, the talent disparity was enough that your team was able to overcome it. but i remember distictly watching the body languages of brey and adams and thinking "brey is coaching his tail off, and adams is completely frozen with trepidation right now."

Most of the tech jack wipes were saying this. My concern is that we think the same of terry that tech thought of Adams.
Tech's roster last year consisted of like 10 transfers that weren't there when Beard was. And Terry isn't going to be the coach next year.
Why do you think coach Terry isn't coming back?
Because his record as a head coach before this year isn’t good. CDC will make a splash hire just like he’s done for every hire since he’s been here. I still think this team can make a tournament run though.
They had a ton of transfers that year outside of McCullar and Shannon. Tech fans were just kidding themselves whenever they said Adams was the better coach though. They were just butthurt. I’m glad we can put that debate to bed though.
