Construction guys: Question regarding metal building

Looking to have a 30x30 shop built in the next couple months. Company I’m looking at does wood framing with metal sides and roof. Got quoted $22800 with 2 rollup doors, a single entry door and concrete slab. Are material prices forecasted to come down any over the next coming year where I should put off the project or do I pull the trigger now?
