Interested to know if any OBs have been recent converts form Liberals to Conservatives
or Conservatives to Liberals ( Libertarians) and the top reasons why ?
I would say i have moved from the current day label of Conservative to a Libertarian although i find the term Libertarian to not accurately define a lot of my positions
the reasons for my move
1. inability or honesty with Conservative movement to mount any defined measure of its primary goals (stuck in an endless defensive posture)
the rest are subsets of # 1
2. complete financial irresponsibility
3. unwillingness to assert its philosophy on positions
4. sad and compulsive move to seek compromis/unity with Liberals on everything
