Those terms imply that a large segment of us are of the same race and have a biased, discriminatory view of people of a different race. I have my own opinion on this. I think most of them are scared of black people and thus want to be their friend so they won't be looked at as their enemy. It's along the same lines as the person who is kidnapped and starts to take the side of their kidnappers. They will do anything so they can say, "I'm on your side".
