Has an out-of-state program ever dominated Texas recruiting as Alabama did this year? Ketch?

Obtained the following information from Matt Zenitz:

Alabama's recruiting class now includes the top-ranked player from Texas at these six positions:

- T (Tommy Brockermeyer)
- RB ( Camar Wheaton)
- WR (JoJo Earle)
- QB (Jalen Milroe)
- Inside LB (Kendrick Blackshire)
- C (James Brockermeyer)

Thank You - TOM HERMAN. 2022 could be worse (between Alabama and Ohio State).

OU from 01-04 grabbed many studs whenever they pleased. A Peterson, Tommy Harris and many others. But Bama being 3 states away is very concerning. This is the very thing I saw coming when Aggie opened the state to the SEC. Lsu picks through Texas regularly as well.

This is true, however we were also grabbing studs during that same time. This year we got 1 stud in state

You'd have to go back to the 90's when our blue chips were going to Colorado, Ou, Miami, Nd, Fsu. Youre spot on, we are bleeding out blue chips right just like we did pre Mack era

If Herman is not replaced ASAP, UT Football could be is serious trouble in 2023.

Back around 87-93 ish this was common. I am only 48 so that’s as far as I can go.

Been following recruiting. No single OOS school has dominated to that extent. 30 years ago the big raiders were Domer, FSU and, believe it or not, UCLA. Miami also. But Bama and tOSU ar3 doing things well above anything those schools did individually.

Texas doesn't even register with tOSU or Alabama anymore when entering the state for battle.

In a strange twist, Bama and tOSU are recruiting at such stupid levels in Texas that it is actually hurting LSU.

Since 2017, Bama and tOSU have BOTH sign as many 6.1/6.0 state of Texas players have we have. And tOSU already has 2 committed for ‘22

It's incredible the hit recruiting has taken this year
