We are a Sam Houston State. It's exactly where I thought we would be at this time. I think DP is a good coach... for SHSU but maybe not for Texas. Hopefully he will prove me wrong... but he isn't at this point.

To be fair, Sam Houston State is 12-4.

Well... to be really fair, SHSU hasn't played LSU or Stanford. But... if we had SHSU's schedule, I would figure we would be about 12-4 too. And not saying that's a good thing.

My point stands - when we hired coach Pierce, we are pretty much the exact team I expected us to be. Once again, I hope he proves me wrong.

He's going to get four seasons IMO unless this thing goes very, very sideways. People are happy with him. They just want to win.
