You have lost less than 4 games once since 2009. and that was 7-3 covid year after which you fired the coach. You have had your own network during this time . You lost to Kansas at home and gave up a huge lead to OU, a game which not nearly as many people watch any more compared to others. From the 70s on, your "blue blood" status just doesn't hold up. Plus Austin is a cess pool and many people recognize it. Your facilities have also lagged and you have a way to go to catch up. You're school is very good, but many of these grads won't necessarily give back like in the past. Our alumni keep growing and giving. Maybe this is all just delusional. Flame away!

There isn't really anything I can add to this thread you've covered just about everything on here. I do want to say a couple of things.
If you look at Aggie fb history they've had a long history of paying players and getting put on probation for it. When they had that run with Sherrill and Slocum they got put on probation not once but twice. So the NIL is an aggie wet dream. We can do this and not get put on probation anymore?
Didn't our ol recruits get a sweet deal when they signed? Personally I'm ok with this. I mean our ol gets worse every year. So if Devin Campbell got a legal offer to sign with us great. So what exactly did they get?

The black guys are usually hanging around in the Ag barn when not practicing or playing. I thought it was like that at every school?
No they usually stay in their "state" of the art locker room and players room and never leave campus

Uh oh A&M fixing to get looked at by the NCAA. Word on the street is that the actual boosters were in the suites and making contact with recruits during this recruitment visit. Jimbo is an absolute liar and I hope it all comes crashing down on him.
That’s a problem for Aggy. A big problem. It’s going to come down to how the NCAA decides to pursue recruiting violations. I would venture to say they will go after the obvious violations like this one. Of course, we don’t know which recruits were involved and if they made commitments largely due to the financial inducements.
Those boosters in the suites should not even be anywhere near the campus while recruits are visiting. But we’re talking Aggy here. Not exactly the brightest crayons in the box.
