**OFFICIAL TEXAS vs Clemson Gameday Playoff thread of Survive and Advance**

My lovely wife made plans to meet some friends in Salado, so we watched in a bar. She gave me the stink eye every time I picked up my phone. No OB for me until we got home.

I felt better about the O today, except for two things. Dropped passes and Quinn sliding to avoid a sack 5 yards behind the LOS. The latter actually concerns me about him, because that’s a huge sign of being tentative.
100%. He had more than enough time to throw the ball out of bounds. Makes you wonder what his Wonderlic score is gonna be.

His wife is black I do know that. I'm case you didn't know she was an accomplished athlete in college and had a successful career on her own before they met. I think her name is L'Oreal or something like that.

Yes. I think she is good looking.

Classy stuff from Dabo.

I know this will blow aggy’s mind, but he even says that it was an undeniable blindside block on Majors during the pick 6 that got called back. He even admitted they committed a DPI downfield that didn’t get called.

Congratulations to our Longhorns on this great victory. Here is to many more.

I missed the game because I am finally moving into my new home in New Braunfels on 46 (Community is Copper Ridge).
Nice area. I thought about buying in there.

Congrats to you as well. We just got back home from a Christmas lights trip with my daughter. Stopped a few miles up the road from you at the Screaming Goat. Planned on the Antler Cafe but that place just isn't the same since they moved from 281.

Last thought on the game.....I saw where Sark said that on both td's by Blue Quinn had audible the call after seeing the defensive alignments.

Apparently, there is more for a Q B to do than pass or run....

Someone wrote up a great thread about this over on Surly. Clemson did a great job of negating our pass rush by going no huddle in the second half, and they had a smart set of plays to call against the personnel we had on the field to take advantage of us not being able to substitute. That's hard to do without an experienced and talented QB. The way I see it, we had to take on a smart coaching staff making great adjustments with a talented QB, and we still managed to cover.
